Mateo is a disabled organizer that was boringly born in Midland, but found a new Texas hometown in Denton! In the journey before MOVE Texas, Mateo navigated various ways of supporting the local arts community and grassroots movements.
As the DFW Regional Field Coordinator, Mateo loves empowering the different communities in our awesome metroplex. Mateo lives in Fort Worth with his chihuahua, and right now he is either writing poetry or playing video games.
