Kytheranialynn Montez serves as the People Operations Director at MOVE Texas and has been a team member since November 2020. Her first interaction with MOVE Texas was when she was SGA President and hosted her first NVRD event in September 2016 at Palo Alto College.
Her role at MOVE Texas has been centered on People Operations (HR), with her work prioritizing employee well-being and organizational risk management. Some of the main areas that People Operations supports are Organizational & Department Development, Talent Management, Employee & Labor Relations, and Learning & Development.
Kytheranialynn studied at Palo Alto College in San Antonio and later transferred to Texas A&M University in College Station to complete a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. She continued her education at the University of the Incarnate Word and received a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership. She is passionate about employee well-being because of her background in public health and her understanding that the health and well-being of employees are directly linked to organizational success.
Her goal in life is to impact the community positively, and working at MOVE Texas has allowed her to continue supporting her community. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, biking, listening to music, eating great food, and laughing.
